# Sensible Forecasting

> Sensible Forecasting is an inventory forecasting app for Shopify stores. It helps merchants know when to restock and how much to order, based on sales history and configurable settings.

Sensible Forecasting analyzes your Shopify sales data to predict demand and generate reorder recommendations. It supports multiple sales periods (14, 30, 60, 90 days, or weighted average), customizable lead times, safety stock, days of stock coverage, and vendor-based filtering. Merchants can export orders as CSV or XLSX, snooze products, exclude promotional periods from forecasts, and receive daily or weekly inventory status reports by email.

The app is built specifically for Shopify and is available on the Shopify App Store at $29/month with a 30-day free trial.
